Rating and advisory work are not combined for the same company: under our principles, we do not provide advisory, valuation or restructuring services to a company we rate, in the same period or in the following two years. The rating is not tied to the outcome of any advisory work.
RatingMetre has applied to the Capital Markets Board (SPK) and the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK) for authorisation as a rating agency and is not yet authorised. Our ratings are not credit ratings under SPK Communiqué Serial VIII No. 51 or the BDDK Regulation and may not be used for regulatory purposes.
