Platform
The RatingMetre platform takes financial data in once and produces the board report and the bank credit file from the same records.
The problem
In most companies, preparing a credit file for the bank and analysing the business to run it are separate jobs. They are done in different spreadsheets at different times; the figures presented to the board and the figures given to the bank may not match.
The RatingMetre platform takes financial data in once. It runs the analysis, the rating and the planning on the same records, and prepares the board report and the bank credit file from those records.
How it works
- DataTrial balances, tax returns and financial statements are uploaded; credit schedules, Findeks reports and the document list are linked to the same company record. A data consistency check shows missing and conflicting items.
- AnalysisThe platform calculates ratios, the cash cycle, bank limit and risk utilisation, and customer and supplier concentration, and compares the results with the sector median.
- RatingThe financial score comes from the ratio set and the qualitative score from the questionnaire. The credit committee assesses four criteria and approves the rating; certain conditions set an upper limit on the rating.
- PlanningBudget against actuals, monthly cash projection, scenarios, investment feasibility and indicative valuation.
- ReportingThe board report and the bank credit file are prepared from the same records; report sections are chosen per organisation and exported as PDF.

Sample report pages
Report pages are in Turkish. They use a synthetic company’s data; the company and figures are not real.
Security
- Encryption in the browserFinancial statements and files sent to the platform are encrypted in the browser with AES-256, in addition to connection encryption; the server opens the content only while processing it.
- Masking of counterparty namesCustomer and supplier names are partly or fully hidden on screen depending on the user’s role; masking can also be chosen when a report is produced.
- Control of AI useThe AI used to read documents can be switched off per organisation; every call runs within a daily limit and is written to the audit log.
- Two-step sign-inTwo-step sign-in with an authenticator app; required for account owner and administrator roles, and available to other users.
- Role-based accessAccount owner, administrator, analyst and read-only roles; each user can carry out only the actions they are authorised for.
- Retention and deletionDeleted companies and documents can be restored during the retention period set by the organisation and are permanently deleted at its end; these actions are kept in the audit log.
